Meagan Monique Good was born on the 8th, 1981 within the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, her mother who was her manager during her teens and her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. Her career in acting began at age four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three siblings. She started her acting career as an actress in television programs like Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. At the age of 13years old, her first appearance in a film Friday was filmed. The role she played as Cisely, the troubled teen from Eve's Bayou (1997) garnered the attention of her peers. For this she was nominated for two awards including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominee. Good was able to play small film and television roles for several years and began transitioning into more seasoned roles in the early 2000s. She appeared as Nina on Cousin Skeeter a Nickelodeon T.V. The show ran from 1998 to 2001. In addition, she had tiny roles in the film House Party to the Last Minute (1998) as well as 3 Strikes (2000). She portrayed Vanessa Scott in the sitcom My Wife and Kids in 2003. The following year, she appeared in D.E.B.S which was an action-comedy movie which earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. Following this, she appeared in a variety of films, including Cookout Venom Waist deep and The Love Guru. As of 2012, she was doing work in T.V. and films, she played the role of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer attended Baylor University Waco Texas. The school awarded her a B.F.A. in 2010. She received a degree in performing art. Her first appearance onscreen was in 2010 in the web series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career as a screen actress in 2010, after having appeared in several local plays. She appeared in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in the pilot episode. The show on Hulu, If I Can Dream is centered about the life of a bunch of musicians who live within Hollywood California.
